Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, also known as Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, is an inspirational tale of love and loss that revolves around a simple love story. Kabhi’s father (Mahesh Babu), a respected politician, is away on a political campaign. Brought back home, Kabhi’s mother tries to hold up the family business which consists of serving delicious vegetarian food to guests and then selling it at the local markets. Kabhi’s younger sister Premie (rapedary), a virgin who claims to be innocent of all sexual activity, becomes the focus of the entire attention of the film. Premie becomes a distraction for Kabhi’s jealous and vindictive younger brother Jai (Girish Reddy), while Kabhi develops feelings for the sister. The film depicts the tragic love story between a woman and her son and how their love and bond blossoms into something more.

Premie and Kabhi end up fighting each other and Premie’s death brings a tragic ending to the story. After her death, Kabhi’s sister Javed Akhtar comes to live with them and tries to get rid of both Kabhi and Javed. The movie ends with a dramatic shoot out between Kabhi and Javed where Kabhi gets killed but Javed lives and returns to India.

This movie was nominated for the first category best supporting actress while winning the second best supporting category. Initially, Kangana Rana was the only star in this film but later Prabhas Choudhury, Nusrat Javed Ansal, Manish Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha and Karan Johar were also nominated. Kangana was nominated in the best actress category along with Sushmita Sen and Priyadarshan Soman Nair.

“Naa Ka” is the third release in the franchise of the hit Kabhi Alvida series. The story is about a merchant called Talaan who gets his business stolen by a local merchant called Maitreya. The local merchant has been appointed the supervisor of the local store where Talaan works and Maitreya refuses to hand over the store’s inventory to him on the grounds that Talaan is an illegal immigrant from Bangali.
